Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of your order.

While every effort is made to maintain product prices, all prices quoted on this web site are subject to change without notification. If the price has changed for a product you have ordered, you will be contacted for confirmation before the order is processed.

Products listed are subject to availability. Many advertised specials are stocked in limited quantity only, and books in particular do go out of print from time to time. This means that if the last copy of a book has sold, we may not be able to order another.

If there is a delay of more than two weeks with processing of your order, you will be notified. We can usually give you a fairly accurate time frame if products need to be ordered. However, if suppliers are out of stock, we cannot always be certain when to expect the next shipment.

Payment Methods

We are more than happy to accept cheques and money orders from customers who prefer not to use credit cards. Please DO NOT send your cheque or money order until we have contacted you with the final price. If paying by cheque, we will wait for the cheque to clear before posting your order.

We are also happy if you'd prefer to phone us with your credit card number, or supply your phone number so that we can call you. You can also fax through payment details on 02 9417 7617.

If you are interested in a product not yet listed in our online store, please contact us by phone or email - even if we don't stock a particular product, we can usually order it in. However, please NEVER include credit card details in an email.
